How to Find Us
From Suhl
- Leave the motorway A73 at the exit Coburg (7)
- Continue on B4 toward the Coburg Center
- Follow the road B4 onto the exit CO-Ost/CO-Wüstenahorn, here turn right and drive over the bridge Frankenbrücke
- At the first set of lights turn left onto the Goethestraße
- Use the car park guidance system to find a free parking space
From Bamberg
- Leave the motorway A73 at the exit Untersiemau/Coburg-Süd/Bad Colberg-Heldburg/Seßlach (11)
- Continue on the B289 which will later merge into the B4
- Leave the federal road Coburg-Süd
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and follow the Bamberger Straße
- Use the car park guidance system to find a free parking space
Parking
We are situated in Coburg's center in the pedestrian street, thus you can reach us only on foot. Please leave your car in one of the car parks.
Just next to the Goldenes Kreuz, there is the car park "Mauer", which is located in the Webergasse 6 (access from the street Am Viktoriabrunnen). From here you will need only 4 minutes to reach our restaurant at the Market Square (Marktplatz). Leave the car park at the exit Mauer, walk to the right, then turn left onto the Judengasse and continue till the Market Square.
Car Park Zinkenwehr in the Zinkenwehr 13. The car park is 6 minutes walk from the Goldenes Kreuz. Exit the car park towards the Goethestraße, cross Goethestraße and carry straight on towards the Albert Square (Albertplatz). Turn to the left into the Ketschengasse and continue forward untill you see the Market Square.
Car Park Post in the Hindenburgstraße 8: You will need 6 minutes walk to reach the Goldenes Kreuz. Leave the car park, walk along the Lohgraben and the Schenkgasse towards the pedestrian zone. Take the Steinweg and the Spitalgasse to reach the Market Square.
Parking Space „Anger", Schützenstraße: From here you will need 8 minutes to reach our restaurant. Walk into the Schützenstraße, turn left into the Ketschendorfer Straße. Carry straight on approximately 600 meter along the Ketschendorfer Straße and the Ketschengas untill you reach the Market Square.
